The FelineVMA Conference is a professional event and not open to the public. The FelineVMA welcomes the press at the educational sessions and exhibits during its Annual Conference. Press badges do not allow access to events that require separate registration. All press members must wear their name badges at all times, and the badge must be easily viewable. Members of the press must identify themselves as such before posing a question in an open forum or directly with anyone at the Conference, including attendees, speakers, exhibitors, staff, Board Members, and sponsors. Qualifications for a Press Badge
Journalists or working media for the sole purpose of collecting and disseminating veterinary information for their publications/outlets.
Who Does Not Qualify for a Press Badge
Advertising, Sales, Marketing, and Public Relations representatives (even if you are representing an exhibiting company).
If you’d like to receive a press badge, email us the following info:

- Full Address
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Your Intent for Attending the FelineVMA’s Annual Conference
Cost of Press Badges
Press must receive prior approval to receive a complimentary press badge. The FelineVMA reserves the right to approve or deny press badges at any time before or during the Annual Conference. Photo identification may be requested on-site.
