Included below are the sponsorships that are available for the 2027 Annual Conference. Sponsorships are first-come, first-served. Please reach out if you are interested in a sponsorship or do not see something you are interested in.

A la Carte Sponsorship Opportunities

Speaker or CE Session Sponsor

  • Support leading feline education by sponsoring a CE speaker. Renowned experts share the latest advancements, clinical insights, and practical solutions with attendees committed to expanding their knowledge of feline medicine. In 2027, the theme will explore Feline Behavior, Pain Management, & Emergency & Critical Care. Our Conference Planning Task Force selects the speakers and topics. A list of topics available for sponsorship will be available in March 2027.
  • Acknowledgements include the Registration Brochure, Onsite Program and Proceedings Books, Speaker slides, event signage, the FelineVMA website, moderator announcements, sponsor ribbons for all staff badges, and more.

Cost: Veterinarian CE Sessions begin at $1,500, and Technician Sessions begin at $650.

Tote Bag Sponsorship

  • High-profile and practical, the official attendee tote bag will feature your logo next to the FelineVMA’s logo, ensuring that your brand will be exposed in and around the Conference, as well as used when they travel back home. Bags are distributed to each attendee at registration.
  • Acknowledgments will include the Registration Brochure, Onsite Program and Proceedings Books, event signage, the FelineVMA website, sponsor ribbons for all staff badges, and more. Prominent logo placement, along with the FelineVMA’s, on all tote bags.

Cost: $12,000

Water Bottle Sponsorship (2026 Sponsor has first right of refusal)

  • Put your brand in the hands of every attendee! By sponsoring water bottles for the Conference, your company will enjoy maximum visibility throughout the event. Each registered participant will receive a reusable, branded water bottle featuring your logo, ensuring your message travels with them during sessions, networking breaks, and beyond. This sponsorship opportunity highlights your commitment to sustainability, health, and community engagement, while providing a practical item attendees will appreciate and use long after the event.
  • Acknowledgments will include the Registration Brochure, Onsite Program and Proceedings Books, event signage, the FelineVMA website, sponsor ribbons for all staff badges, and more. Prominent logo placement, along with the FelineVMA’s, on all water bottles.

Cost: $4,800 if sponsor supplies the water bottles for approx. 1,500 (to be approved by the FelineVMA; quantity to be confirmed by August 31, 2027); $10,500 if the FelineVMA sources and selects the water bottles

Notepad and Pens Sponsorship (2026 Sponsor has first right of refusal)

  • Even as technology continues to evolve, when it comes to note-taking, nothing beats the immediacy and ease of putting pen to paper. Help attendees record their Conference experience while imprinting your brand as they take notes during the Conference.
  • Acknowledgments will include the Registration Brochure, Onsite Program and Proceedings Books, event signage, the FelineVMA website, sponsor ribbons for all staff badges, and more. Prominent logo placement on the Notepads.

Cost: You provide and ship 1,500 pads/pens: $3,750; the FelineVMA provides 1,500 pads/pens: $8,000

Conference Mobile App

  • Be at the center of every attendee’s experience by sponsoring the official Conference App—the tool they rely on multiple times a day for announcements, reminders, agenda planning, networking, photo sharing, polls, and leaderboard interaction.
  • Your logo will appear prominently in the app header alongside the FelineVMA’s, ensuring constant visibility as attendees navigate the event, giving your brand additional exposure throughout the app. Note: all sponsors will rotate on the footer banner.
  • No personal attendee data will be shared with Sponsor. The Sponsor will receive event overview highlights data including, but not limited to, active user totals, sponsor/exhibitor impressions, and app engagement totals.
  • Additional acknowledgments will include the Registration Brochure, Onsite Program and Proceedings Books, event signage, moderator announcement, the FelineVMA website, sponsor ribbons for all staff badges, and more.

Cost: $7,500

Key Cards

  • Put your brand in the hands of every attendee staying at our contracted hotels! By sponsoring the hotel key cards, your logo and/or message will be featured on this essential item attendees use multiple times a day throughout their stay. This high-touch opportunity ensures your brand is seen during check-in, room access, and every return to their accommodations.
  • Sponsor must provide full-color artwork within the specifications provided
  • The FelineVMA will cover production, shipping, and distribution

Cost: $8,000

Board Meeting In-person Dinners

  • Step into the spotlight as the evening’s sponsor, blending your brand with an unforgettable dining experience shared by our Association Board Members. With your exclusive sponsorship, your brand will be at the center of conversation, featured prominently on the menu (if allowable by the restaurant venue), and you’ll have an exclusive opportunity to connect directly with decision-makers in a relaxed, intimate environment. Let’s make it a night of fine food, great minds, and lasting connections—with you as the memorable host!
  • There are two in-person Board Dinners: February 26 or 27, 2027 (exact date and location TBA); November 3, 2027, in Chicago (before the Conference).
  • Sponsor has the opportunity to provide an 8-minute presentation/update to the Board (time TBD – which may be at the Board Meeting earlier that day)

Cost: $3,000 each (2 for $5,000)

Focus Group

  • Gain direct insights from your target audience by sponsoring an exclusive focus group at the Conference. The FelineVMA will identify and invite 5–10 attendees based on your demographic criteria, ensuring you connect with the right participants for meaningful feedback.
  • We’ll provide the meeting room and coordinate with attendees—you lead the discussion. This is your opportunity to engage attendees in a private, interactive setting to explore opinions, test ideas, and strengthen relationships. The sponsor is responsible for out-of-pocket costs if needed (e.g., F&B, AV, etc.).

Cost: $5,500

Exhibitor Reception Co-sponsorship

Includes additional visibility and special incentives to drive booth traffic during the reception.

  • Special Reception Raffle Card with prizes (only sponsor booths will be listed).
  • Acknowledgments will include the Registration Brochure, Onsite Program and Proceedings Books, event signage, moderator announcement, the FelineVMA website, sponsor ribbons for all staff badges, and more.

Cost: $2,000 (limited to 10)

Pre-conference Day Refreshment Break

  • During the Pre-conference Day (11/4/27), attendees will take a learning break to socialize and network with a snack and beverages in the afternoon.
  • Recognition: Registration Brochure, Onsite Program and Proceedings Books, event signage, FelineVMA website, moderator announcements, sponsor ribbons for all staff badges, branding on the break, and more.

Cost: $2,000

Giveaways

  • Sponsor a branded Giveaway which will be stuffed in every attendee’s registration bag. Sponsor will source the items (approx. 1,500; quantities to be confirmed by August 31, 2027) which must be approved by the FelineVMA and shipped to the event by October 15, 2027.

Cost: $1,750

Speaker Ready Room

  • Exclusive opportunity – Be the sole sponsor of the Speaker Ready Room. Includes company name on sign outside Speaker Ready Room and opportunity to include informational packets and/or giveaways in the room if sponsor chooses – minimum of 50 if offered.
  • Acknowledgments will include the Registration Brochure, Onsite Program and Proceedings Books, event signage, moderator announcement, the FelineVMA website, sponsor ribbons for all staff badges, and more.

Cost: $1,500

Name Badge Lanyards (2026 Sponsor has first right of refusal)

  • Your company name or logo will be imprinted on name badge lanyards given to all attendees upon check-in, and worn during the entire Conference.
  • Acknowledgments will include the Registration Brochure, Onsite Program and Proceedings Books, event signage, the FelineVMA website, lanyards, sponsor ribbons for all staff badges, and more.

Cost: $6,000

Wi-Fi Sponsorship (2026 Sponsor has first right of refusal)

  • Your company will be the exclusive sponsor for the Conference Wi-Fi! You will get to choose the password that attendees enter when they log into the Wi-Fi.
  • Acknowledgement includes the Registration Brochure, Onsite Program and Proceedings Books, event signage, the FelineVMA website, Wi-Fi Password, and sponsor ribbons for all staff badges.

Friday Morning Breakfast (2026 Sponsor has first right of refusal)

  • The first day of the three-day meeting starts with the continental breakfast on Friday morning. Your company’s name and logo will be prominently featured in the area where the food and beverages are served.
  • Acknowledgement includes the Registration Brochure, Onsite Program and Proceedings Book, the FelineVMA website, event signage, moderator announcement, sponsor ribbons for all staff badges, and more.
  • Your company will be allowed to place literature on the breakfast tables (materials have to be approved) as well as provide napkins or other giveaways with corporate logo (direct cost to company).

Technician Scholarship Sponsorship (2026 Sponsor has first right of refusal)

  • Many technicians are interested in attending the Conference Program and are seeking scholarships to supplement their costs. Your company has the opportunity to sponsor registration for technician professionals interested in feline medicine. This includes 20 Technician Scholarships for complimentary registration and the opportunity to host a lunch with the awardees (lunch and room provided by the FelineVMA; discussion coordinated by Sponsor).
  • Acknowledgement includes the Registration Brochure, Onsite Program and Proceedings Book, the FelineVMA website, Call for Application announcements, sponsor ribbons for all staff badges, and more.

Cost: $8,500

Saturday Night Onsite Celebration

  • This is a reception for all Conference attendees to relax, mingle, and have fun. We do not offer this reception unless it is fully sponsored. Co-sponsorships will be considered if there is interest.
  • Registration Brochure, Onsite Program and Proceedings Books, event signage, the FelineVMA website, moderator announcements, sponsor ribbons for all staff badges, branding in the room, and more. We will work with the Sponsors to ensure a great experience for all guests.

Inspurration Station Room (2026 Sponsor has first right of refusal)

  • After hours in sessions, give your mind and body the refresh they deserve! The Inspurration Station breakout room is a welcoming space for you to unwind, recharge, and tap into your creative side. Whether you’re looking to relax, connect, or create, come on in for hands-on art projects, engaging activities, puzzles, brainteasers, and the opportunity to leave with a personalized keepsake from your Conference experience.
  • Acknowledgement includes the Registration Brochure, Onsite Program and Proceedings Book, the FelineVMA website, event signage, moderator announcement, sponsor ribbons for all staff badges, and more.
  • This room is open Friday-Sunday and will feature a different activity/craft each day.
  • Sponsor can coordinate literature, giveaways, or pop-up banners in the room (with FelineVMA approval).

Registration Pop-up Event (2026 Sponsor has first right of refusal)

  • Host a special treat, musical performance, or special giveaway next to registration during peak hours on Thursday and/or Friday, November 4 and/or 5 to engage with attendees at their first check-in. Exact price depends on food, beverage, staffing needs, hours of operation, and additional service costs.
  • Acknowledgments will include the Registration Brochure, Onsite Program and Proceedings Books, event signage, the FelineVMA website, sponsor ribbons for all staff badges, and more.

Coffee Breaks

  • Learning is hard work, and everyone needs a break. Be the hero, while gaining exposure, by offering Conference attendees that much-needed cup of coffee so they get the jump start they need for the rest of the day. Coffee breaks are offered in the exhibit hall.

Cost: $1,200 each (3 available in morning, beverages only); $2,600 each (2 available in afternoon – includes beverages and dessert); $6,500 for all five

Student Social (2026 Sponsor has first right of refusal)

  • All Students and Faculty Advisors are invited to the Student Social designed to help veterinary students from across the Conference connect, build a community, and expand their professional networks. This relaxed, come‑as‑you‑are event invites students to mix and mingle with peers while also offering a unique opportunity to chat informally with the FelineVMA leaders and emerging voices in the profession. Whether you’re looking to make new friends, explore career paths, or gain insights from those shaping the future of veterinary medicine, this Social provides the perfect atmosphere. Enjoy light refreshments, spark meaningful conversations, and leave feeling more connected and inspired as you continue your Conference experience.
  • Sponsor can put materials on the tables (approved by the FelineVMA), attend and mingle with students, and provide a giveaway (if desired).

Conference Registration Bundles

Why not invite some of your top customers to attend the Conference by providing them with free registration? They will get the opportunity to learn, engage, come together to share ideas, and build relationships. You could also maximize the opportunity by engaging with them onsite. The cost of this depends on the quantity of registrations, as well as the type (e.g., veterinarian, technician, Pre-conference day add-on, etc.).

  • Sponsors will be given a code of your choice that you can share with those you are inviting.
