We are seeking an experienced veterinarian and leader to become the clinical heart of our practice and help shape the future of feline medicine in our community. As our Medical Director, you’ll partner directly with ownership to guide clinical excellence, mentor a talented team, and help lead the next chapter of growth for an established and highly respected feline-exclusive practice.

What You’ll Do
You’ll provide outstanding feline medicine and surgery while serving as the medical leader for the hospital.
Your impact will include:
• Leading and mentoring an exceptional clinical team.
• Managing complex medical and surgical cases.
• Advancing feline-specific medicine and low-stress handling techniques.
• Supporting the professional growth of veterinarians, technicians, and assistants.
• Helping shape clinical protocols and standards of care.
• Partnering with ownership on strategic initiatives and hospital growth.

Ideal candidates will have:
• 5+ years of clinical experience.
• Significant feline medicine and surgical experience.
• Fear Free certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Commitment to evidence-based medicine and low-stress patient handling.
Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary of $140,000-$180,000 depending on experience and credentials.
• ProSal compensation model with production opportunities.
• Leadership performance incentives.
• $10,000 sign-on bonus.
• 20+ days PTO starting in year one.
• Five paid CE days annually plus $3,500 CE allowance.
• Paid AVMA, FVMA, and AAFP memberships.
• Paid Florida licensure and DEA renewal.
