2025 FelineVMA Annual Conference

Why Exhibit?

  • Conference attendees are feline practitioners who are dedicated to increasing their knowledge and practicing high standards of feline medicine.
  • Attendees have asked to see NEW products and NEW exhibiting companies! Our enthusiastic attendees plan to explore each exhibit booth and with our raffle passport program, meaningful interaction is guaranteed.
  • You will see attendees at every coffee break, lunch, and reception because these meals take place in the Exhibit Hall. In addition, all registered exhibitors receive hot lunches.
  • Over 1,200 in-person attendees are anticipated!

Registration

First come, first serve! There are a limited number of both inline and corner exhibit booths available so be sure to register early to secure your spot!

Single Inline Exhibit Booth includes:

  • Space of 10′ x 10′
  • Two Exhibitor Badges

Single Corner Exhibit Booth includes:

  • Space of 10′ x 20′
  • Four Exhibitor Badges

All packages include:

  • Lunches and refreshment breaks are all held in the Exhibit Hall to build traffic which allows for more interaction with attendees (including 9 hours of active exhibition time)
  • The Happy Hour Reception is held in the Exhibit Hall on Friday Evening
  • Printout of Conference Attendees in your Onsite Exhibitor Packet
  • A Final Attendee List (no emails or phone numbers) will be emailed 2 weeks following the event
  • One Identification Sign above your Booth(s)
  • Pipe and Drape including 8’ high back wall and 3’ high side drape and carpeting
  • In-person CE access for Exhibitor Veterinarians is included (this does not include Pre-conference Day which is an additional cost)

Additional exhibitor badges may be purchased for $150 per day or $400 for three days (Friday-Sunday), per representative. No sharing of badges is allowed.

Approval Process of New Companies

The FelineVMA welcomes new companies who have never exhibited at one of our Conferences before – you won’t be disappointed!

The FelineVMA has an approval process for all new exhibitors, sponsors, and/or advertisers. All products and services to be exhibited or advertised must be directly related to veterinary medicine or it must enhance our Exhibit Hall.

When registering for the Conference, if your company name isn’t in the drop-down list, please contact exhibitor@catvets.com to receive the vetting form. More information on the criteria for exhibiting or advertising at the FelineVMA Conference can be found on page seven of the Exhibitor Prospectus.
