We are in the process of updating the sponsorships available for 2025 and more will be added once 2024 Sponsors confirm if they want their first right of refusal.

Sponsorships
Speaker Sponsorship
Experts in their field of study inform, present, and discuss their knowledge with the attendees seeking to expand their knowledge in feline medicine. By sponsoring a speaker, your company will be recognized by the speaker as well as get great exposure to the attendees. The speaker sponsorships will be updated when they become available.

Saturday Night Onsite Party
- In 2024 we held a seriously furrtastic party – 70’s band, costume party, 360 degree photobooth, and 500 people dancing and laughing the night away. We want to do it again! This evening event had everyone buzzing the next day, however the costs to put on this event require 2-3 co-sponsorships. There are opportunities for sponsors to engage too!
- Acknowledgments will include the Registration Brochure, Onsite Program and Proceedings Books, event signage, the FelineVMA website, sponsor ribbons for all staff badges, and more.
- Sponsors have the opportunity to display a pop-up banner and set up a table to distribute collateral and/or giveaway.

Key Cards
- Make an impression from the time attendees check in. Unlock a huge range of exposure by providing a custom key card with your company name and logo prominently displayed on it which is provided to all Conference attendees staying in the hotel venue(s).
- Acknowledgments will include artwork on the keycard, Registration Brochure, Onsite Program and Proceedings Books, event signage, the FelineVMA website, sponsor ribbons for all staff badges, and more.

Relaxation Station Lounge
- Designed to relax the classic tension areas of neck and shoulders, meeting attendees feel refreshed, appreciated, and energized in a spa-like experience. Let’s face it, conferences are exhausting! Sometimes attendees just need a reprieve from the hustle and bustle of the Conference environment. The Relaxation Lounge offers attendees the opportunity to relax, de-stress, hydrate, and just take a moment. Setup will be placed in a quiet room for enhanced relaxation.
- Sponsor has opportunity to display a pop-up banner, signage, and distribute collateral or amenities.
- We are still confirming the details, but this will likely be two days. Attendees will have the ability to pre-register for 10-15-minute (TBD) chair massages with 5-6 massage therapists each day.
- Acknowledgments will include the Registration Brochure, Onsite Program and Proceedings Books, event signage, moderator announcement, the FelineVMA website, sponsor ribbons for all staff badges, and more.
Cost: $11,000-$12,500 TBD (after details are finalized)
Stimulate your Senses Breakout Room
- Can you imagine sitting in one hard chair for 10 hours for 3-4 days in a row? This breakout room will be on a flow for attendees to visit when they need a brain break and want an opportunity to express creativity. Participants will have a tangible reminder of their time at the Conference and get to see the creative side of their fellow attendees! This room will provide engagement activities as well as art projects and opportunities.

Exhibitor Reception Co-sponsorship
Includes additional visibility and special incentives to drive booth traffic during the reception.
- Special Reception Raffle Card with prizes (only sponsor booths will be listed).
- Acknowledgement in various places including signage.
Cost: $1,700 (limited to 10)
Conference Registration Bundles
- Why not invite some of your top customers to attend the Conference by providing them with free registration? They will get the opportunity to learn, engage, come together and share ideas, and build relationships. You could also maximize the opportunity by engaging with them onsite. The cost of this depends on the quantity of registrations, as well as the type (e.g., veterinarian, technician, pre-conference day add on, etc.).
- Sponsors will be given a code, of your choice, that you can share with those you are inviting.

Hydration Station*
- Water stations naturally become high-traffic areas in the session rooms. This necessity for hydration provides sponsors with a unique opportunity to guarantee visibility with their target audience multiple times throughout the event.
- The sponsor will have the opportunity to send either their logo or artwork which will be printed on stickers and attached to the water coolers in the ballroom event space.

Technician Student Scholarship Sponsorship
- We have had students enrolled in veterinary technology programs reach out to see if scholarships are available for the conference. You will have the opportunity to sponsor 10 students either in-person or with virtual registration post-conference.
- Sponsorship includes acknowledgments in the Program Book, email announcements about the scholarship, signage at the Conference, and more.
Cost: $2,750
Pre-conference Day Refreshment Break*
- During the Pre-conference Day (9/18/25), attendees will take a learning break to socialize and network with a snack and beverages in the afternoon.
- Recognition: Registration Brochure, Onsite Program and Proceedings Books, event signage, FelineVMA website, moderator announcements, sponsor ribbons for all staff badges, branding on the break, and more.

Coffee Breaks
- Learning is hard work and everyone needs a break. Be the hero, while gaining exposure, by offering Conference attendees that much-needed cup of coffee so they get the jump start they need for the rest of the day. Coffee breaks are offered in the exhibit hall.

Morning Yoga
- Our morning Yoga classes encourage everyone to jumpstart their morning and get moving before a full day of CE!

Wi-Fi*
- Your company will be the exclusive sponsor for the Conference Wi-Fi! You will get to choose the passwords that attendees enter when they log into the Wi-Fi.

Notepad & Pen*
- Even as technology continues to evolve, when it comes to notetaking, nothing beats the immediacy and ease of putting pen to paper. Help attendees record their Conference experience while imprinting your brand as they take notes during the Conference.

- Your company name or logo will be imprinted on name badge lanyards given to all attendees upon check in, and worn during the entire Conference.

Friday Morning Breakfast*
- The first day of the three-day meeting starts with the continental breakfast on Friday morning. Your company’s name and logo will be prominently featured in the area where the food and beverages are served.
- Acknowledgments will include logo recognition on table signage, in the Registration Brochure, Onsite Program and Proceedings Books, promotion on the FelineVMA website, event signage, moderator announcements during sessions, slides between scientific sessions, sponsor ribbons for all staff badges, and more. Your company will be allowed to place literature on the breakfast tables (materials have to be approved) as well as provide napkins or other giveaways with the corporate logo (direct cost to the company).

Technician Scholarship Sponsorship*
- This year we have many technicians interested in attending the program. Your company has the opportunity to sponsor registration for technician professionals interested in feline medicine. This sponsorship provides registration to 20 technicians through an application process managed by the FelineVMA, as well as an opportunity to arrange for a meeting with those attendees.
- Sponsorship includes acknowledgments in the Program Book, email announcements about the scholarship, signage at the Conference, and more.
Cost: $8,500

Advertising
Product Showcase Gallery Panel
Feature and highlight your product outside the exhibit hall in our Product Showcase. Panels are limited and each company must submit their artwork by August 1, 2025.
Cost: $850 per panel (limit one product per panel)
Bag Insert
To help drive traffic to your booth and increase awareness of your brand, place a promotional flyer, brochure, drawing/raffle card, or coupon in each attendee’s tote bag. It’s a guarantee that each attendee will walk away with at least one piece of information about your company.
The bag insert is limited to one page but can be two-sided, the maximum size is 8.5” x 11”. You must provide and ship 1,200 inserts (*the number of inserts subject to change ~ exact number will be provided closer to the meeting date) to the address provided to you no later than August 18, 2025.
Cost: $500.00 per insert
Onsite Program Book Ads
The Program Book will be utilized by attendees to plan their learning as it contains the full educational information such as agenda, session abstracts, and floor plans. Ads are full color and come in half and quarter-page sizes and each company must submit their artwork by July 25, 2025.
Cost: Quarter Page Ad – $495; Half Page Ad – $950 (limited to 5 full pages on a first-come, first-served basis).
The Feline Practitioner Magazine Ads
Create awareness or possibly drive traffic to your booth. This quarterly magazine is our #1 membership benefit in which print issues are mailed to members located in North America, and digital issues to all members, including student members. More information can be found here. Partnership Sponsors receive a 15% discount. Any 2025 Exhibitor receives a 10% discount if booked by 12/31/24.
