Animal Wellness of Skaneateles is a small, privately owned, small animal veterinary clinic in search of a practice manager. We have a wonderful clientele that feel like family. We stress a life/work balance for our employees and have no weekend or evening hours. Experience with management, specifically in the veterinary field, is preferred. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, organizing work flow and best use of staff members, various HR tasks, some accounting related tasks, working to keep pricing updated, fair, and competitive, and collaborating with the practice owner and other employees on how to keep the clinic updated overall for the best care possible. This position would involve between 25 and 32 hours per week, with the potential option in the future of some work hours to be done from home.
