The Cat Clinic at Canyon Park is a long-established feline only veterinary practice in Bothell, Washington. With a single owner for over 30 years, it has a large, long-term, loyal client base.
I do not want my practice to become a corporation, although they aren’t interested in one vet practices. And I don’t really want it to close. I really would like my clinic to continue so I am willing to consider non-traditional ideas. I want the new owner to succeed. So, brainstorm and put together something that would benefit both of us.
The clinic is open M-F. I take 30-minute appointments at 10,10:30, 11, 11:30, 3:00, 3:30, 4, 4:30. We do surgeries or drop offs between noon and 3. The clinic is open from 8am to 6pm. I grossed a smidge under $1,000,000.00 last year while turning away a lot of business.
I have started working with Profit Solvers to increase prices and profit so that isn’t the first thing you would have to do when taking over. I thought that would make the transition smoother and easier for you.
The clinic is in a shopping center anchored by a QFC grocery store and a CVS pharmacy. The clinic is just off I-405 and one exit south of I-5. It is an ideal, busy location but easy to access and has good parking. There are a number of specialty and Emergency clinics nearby.
