For veterinarians who want to practice quieter, deeper medicine
I own a feline-only veterinary hospital built around the belief that cats deserve their own space, their own pace, and their own advocates.
I’m looking for an associate veterinarian who genuinely enjoys cats and wants to practice thoughtful, lower-stress medicine without the constant noise, urgency, and pressure that comes with dog-heavy general practice.
This position would suit a veterinarian who still loves medicine — but wants their workday to feel calmer, more intentional, and more sustainable.
What makes this practice different
Cats only — no dogs, no barking, no dog aggression cases
Longer appointment times that allow real medicine and real conversations
A fear-free, feline-centered handling philosophy
Clients who choose a cat-only hospital and value feline care
Privately owned — no corporate metrics or production pressure
A respectful culture that prioritizes longevity over burnout
What your day looks like
A predictable schedule with a manageable caseload
Support from experienced staff who understand feline handling
Emphasis on preventive care, internal medicine, geriatrics, and quality-of-life discussions
Collaboration welcomed; clinical autonomy respected

I’m open to shaping this role around the right veterinarian
