Over the course of their discussion, Dr. Paulino provides insights such as at what stage of surgery to sample cultures for sensitivity to antibiotics, what types of samples he prefers to use as cultures, tips on how to bandage wounds and what types of bandages he prefers, and how to approach the management of chronic wounds during surgery. They also touch upon advice to general practitioners on how to improve patient outcomes in surgery.
