As a thank for our partnership with Mars Veterinary Health, the FelineVMA is providing you with a discount toward your Cat Friendly Certificate. The Cat Friendly Certificate Program aims to build your knowledge, skills, and best in-clinic practices for feline medicine based on your individual role within a practice. Getting Started
Complete the Form
First, fill out the form at catvets.com/mvh. Upon submission, you will be sent a discount code to the email address provided. This code discounts the Certificate Program to a rate of $37.
Choose your Certificate
Next, choose which Cat Friendly Certificate Program you should take. Please note: The code you receive is only valid for the Certificate Program you indicated interest in while filling out the registration form.

Since the Cat Friendly Certificate Program is an individual certificate, each person registering must have their own FelineVMA account.
- If you are a FelineVMA member or already have an account, simply log in using your credentials.
Please note: If you had an AAFP account, but have not logged in since August 12, 2024, you will need to reclaim your account.
- If you do not have a FelineVMA account, you can create a free account after selecting your program by choosing the ‘Set up an Account’ tab on the log in page and following the prompts.
Complete Checkout
Click ‘Next’ to complete course selection.
Please note: you can only register for this program once, so if you have previously registered, please contact us at certificate@catvets.com.
Click ‘Apply Coupon Code’.
Enter the code you received via email and click the check mark.
You should now see your coupon applied and a price of $37. If you are having issues, please contact us at certificate@catvets.com.
Please note: next you will need to click to add a credit or debit card in order to complete your transaction unless you have one saved to your pre-existing account.
Starting the Cat Friendly Certificate Program
After completing your registration, you can start watching the modules in the FelineVMA eLearning Center.
Simply scroll down to the Certificate Program options and select the course you purchased.
OR you can go to the bottom of the eLearning Center homepage which shows each of your purchases. Click on the course you want to take.
Select the module you want to begin.
Complete both the Presentation and Assessment in your desired language. Note: you need only complete both items a single language for each module to earn your certificate.
After completing the Presentation and Assessment, return to the main course by clicking the course name as pictured and work through each module until all are completed.
Note: You can work at your own pace, but you must complete the program within 90 days of purchase to earn your certificate.
Cat Friendly Certificate Program Resources
Once you have completed the Certificate Program and submitted the Survey, you will unlock additional resources in the eLearning Center. In addition to your CE certificate, you will also have access to badges, social media graphics to promote your achievement, and more!
To access a printable certificate, log in to your FelineVMA dashboard. Upon completing the program, you should see a link that you can print in any of 3 languages.
