Speaker Bios

Dr. Sam Taylor

Sam Taylor, BVetMed (Hons), CertSAM, DipECVIM-CA, MANZCVS, FRCVS

Dr. Sam Taylor is the current Head of Veterinary Specialists for the International Society of Feline Medicine. Dr. Taylor graduated from the Royal Vet College in 2002 and spent time in internships in private referral practice and primary practice before starting a feline residency at Bristol University. Among her many accomplishments, in 2011 Dr. Taylor became an RCVS Recognised Specialist in Feline Medicine and in 2019 was made a Fellow of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons for meritorious contributions. An editorial board member for JFMS, Dr. Taylor has also authored numerous books and papers on canine and feline internal medicine.
