The FelineVMA is excited to offer two scholarship opportunities exclusively for veterinary technicians at the 2025 Annual Conference. Due to the generosity of our amazing partners, we are pleased to offer two unique opportunities for veterinary technicians to submit an application. Veterinary Technician Scholarship Award Program

We are excited to once again offer a scholarship award program exclusive to credentialed veterinary technicians in 2025, sponsored by Royal Canin. This program awards 20 complimentary Conference registrations to credentialed veterinary technicians to attend the live, in-person 2025 FelineVMA Annual Conference. Only live, in-person Conference registration is included with this scholarship. Complimentary Conference registration includes the Conference fee, CE, breakfasts, coffee breaks, three receptions, tote bag, Conference proceedings (online), giveaways, access to the Exhibit Hall, and more! (Please note this does not include the Pre-conference Day registration, ancillary sessions, or additional items as they must be purchased by the attendee.)
Application Period
The application period will be open from June 3 – 17, 2025.
Selection
Chosen candidates for this scholarship award program will be notified via email by June 26, 2025. Those who are not selected will still have the opportunity to register for the 2025 FelineVMA Annual Conference before the early bird deadline.
Scholarship recipients must reply via email by July 10, 2025, notifying the FelineVMA that they accept the Technician Scholarship Award and will attend the 2025 FelineVMA Annual Conference. Registration instructions will be provided in the scholarship acceptance email.
Please note:
- Candidates must reside in the U.S. or Canada and be a credentialed veterinary technician.
- Submission of an application form does not guarantee complimentary Conference registration.
- Technician Scholarship Award recipient contact information will be shared with the sponsor, Royal Canin.
- Those awarded are required to attend the live, in-person 2025 FelineVMA Annual Conference.
- Scholarship recipients are required to participate in an informal lunch with the sponsor on Saturday, September 20, 2025.
Ultrasound Workshop Registration Scholarship for Veterinary Technicians

The EveryCat Health Foundation and FelineVMA are delighted to again offer complimentary Workshop registration to six (6) veterinary technicians to attend the Feline Ultrasound of the Urinary Tract Workshop at the live, in-person 2025 FelineVMA Annual Conference. Workshop participants will have the opportunity to improve their ultrasound skills in an interactive workshop setting with limited attendees. *Please note that Conference registration is not included with this scholarship.
Application Period
The application period will be open from June 3-17, 2025.
Selection
Chosen candidates for complimentary registration will be notified via email by July 10, 2025.
Recipients must reply via email by July 24, 2025, notifying the FelineVMA that they accept the Ultrasound Workshop Scholarship and have registered for the 2025 FelineVMA 2025 Annual Conference. Registration instructions for the Workshop will be provided in the scholarship acceptance email.

- Those awarded are required to register for the live, in-person 2025 FelineVMA Annual Conference and attend the Workshop.
Application
The application period will open on June 3 until June 17, 2025. Veterinary technicians interested in applying for either scholarship must submit their application by June 17, 2025. You may apply for both scholarships at the same time.

- If a chosen candidate does not reply with acceptance by the deadline, an alternate candidate will be chosen for the scholarship award. Please ensure your email address is correct and you are receiving emails from info@catvets.com.
- Scholarship recipients must attend the live, in-person Conference.
- Please verify that the Conference dates (September 19–21) will not conflict with your schedule before applying.
- If you cancel your live, in-person Conference registration for any reason, your scholarship will be forfeited, and an alternate candidate will be chosen. Scholarships will not apply to or transfer to virtual registrations. Do not accept the scholarship if you are uncertain of being able to attend in person.
