AAFP Conference Media Policy

The AAFP Conference is a professional event and not open to the public. The AAFP welcomes press at the educational sessions and exhibits during its annual conference. Press badges do not allow access to events that require separate registration. All press members must wear their name badge at all times and the badge must be easily viewable. Members of the press must identify themselves as such prior to posing a question in an open forum or directly with anyone at the conference including attendees, speakers, exhibitors, staff, Board Members, and sponsors. All interviews must be coordinated with Sarah Nathans, Operations Director at snathans@association-partners.com or (908) 359-9351.
