***Guest Registration includes meals, the Exhibit Hall, and on-site receptions only, Friday through Sunday. The guest must be affiliated with a registered attendee.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be received in writing via email at conference@catvets.com. In-person Registration cancellations received by Friday, August 21, 2026, have two options:
- Receive a refund for registration fees minus a $75 administrative fee.
- Transfer their registration to the On-demand Virtual Access and receive a partial refund for the remaining balance minus a $15 administrative fee.
Cancellations received after Friday, August 21, 2026, are not eligible for a refund, but may transfer registration fees to the on-demand Virtual Access (details available in May 2026).
Contribute to the Student Travel Fund
The FelineVMA is pleased to announce a new opportunity for veterinary professionals to invest in the future of feline medicine. It is often cost-prohibitive for students to attend the FelineVMA Annual Conference, as they cannot cover their travel costs. The new Student Travel Fund is a way to award stipends to ensure students can benefit from top-notch feline education.
