**Resort Fee: $15 per night, plus applicable state and local tax, that will be posted to all guest rooms, and will cover the following items, services, and/or amenities (which are subject to change without notice):

  • Two water bottles daily

Please note – we have been informed there are housing/travel agencies that appear to be trying to sell rooms on behalf of the FelineVMA. The FelineVMA does not work with ANY housing/travel agency, and all rooms should be booked directly with the FelineVMA-contracted hotels.

Airline Discounts

The FelineVMA has arranged for airfare discounts through United and Delta. The FelineVMA does not endorse utilizing these platforms or businesses, nor have any relationship with these airlines. At the time of the meeting, these were the only airlines that offered discounts, and as a courtesy to our attendees, the FelineVMA has arranged for a discount code. The discount will vary based on itinerary, location, operator, and fare. Please note that not all fares allow a discount.

  • United: Make a flight reservation using the applied discount code (ZRXV925197). You may also call the United Meeting Reservation Desk at (800) 426-1122, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 8:00 pm CT. Telephone booking fees are waived for meeting reservations. Please note that the dates of travel must be between Monday, September 21, 2026, to Wednesday, September 30, 2026, to receive the discount.
  • Delta: Book your flight with Delta. You may also call Conferences and Events at (800) 328-1111, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. (ET) and refer to Meeting Event Code NY4EX. There is no service fee for reservations booked and ticketed via the reservation 800 number. Please note that the dates of travel must be between Saturday, September 19, 2026, to Friday, October 2, 2026, to receive the discount.
