Euthanasia Workshop
Saturday, September 26

• The best way to perform and support euthanasia appointments is with a fundamental understanding of how euthanasia works. This three-hour Workshop for 50 attendees will provide euthanasia practice using feline models. The first hour reviews the 14 Essential Components of Companion Animal Euthanasia, which includes client support skills. The remaining time is spent hands-on, learning euthanasia injection techniques like intravenous, intracardiac, intrahepatic, and intrarenal injections, as well as paw print making and body handling best practices. All participants receive a gift bag with useful euthanasia supplies. CAETA International (Dr. Cooney) will present this Workshop to up to 50 attendees.

Conference Mobile App

• Be at the center of every attendee’s experience by sponsoring the official Conference App — the tool they rely on multiple times a day for announcements, reminders, agenda planning, networking, photo sharing, polls, and leaderboard interaction.
• Your logo will appear prominently in the app header alongside FelineVMA’s, ensuring constant visibility as attendees navigate the event, giving your brand additional exposure throughout the app. Note: all sponsors will rotate on the footer banner.
• No personal attendee data will be shared with the Sponsor. The Sponsor will receive event overview highlights data, including, but not limited to, active user totals, sponsor/exhibitor impressions, and app engagement totals.

Focus Group

• Gain direct insights from your target audience by sponsoring an exclusive focus group at the Conference. FelineVMA will identify and invite 5–10 attendees based on your demographic criteria, ensuring you connect with the right participants for meaningful feedback.
• We’ll provide the meeting room and coordinate with attendees — you lead the discussion. This is your opportunity to engage attendees in a private, interactive setting to explore opinions, test ideas, and strengthen relationships. Sponsor is responsible for out-of-pocket costs if needed (e.g., F&B, A/V).
• This can be arranged as a virtual meeting if preferred.

Themed Giveaways — Sunny Fort Lauderdale

• Sponsor a branded Fort Lauderdale Giveaway included in every attendee’s registration bag (e.g., sunglasses, sunblock, visor, beach towel). The price depends on the item; Sponsor can source the items (approx. 1,200; quantities to be confirmed in July) and ship them to the event for a reduced sponsorship of $1,700.

Key Cards

• Put your brand in the hands of every attendee staying at our contracted hotels! By sponsoring the hotel key cards, your logo and/or message will be featured on this essential item that attendees use multiple times a day throughout their stay. This high-touch opportunity ensures your brand is seen during check-in, room access, and every return to their accommodations.
• Sponsor must provide full-color artwork within the specifications provided.
• The FelineVMA will cover production, shipping, and distribution.

Conference Registration Bundles

Why not invite some of your top customers to attend the Conference by providing them with free registration? They will get the opportunity to learn, engage, come together, share ideas, and build relationships. You could also maximize the opportunity by engaging with them onsite. The cost of this depends on the quantity of registrations, as well as the type (e.g., veterinarian, technician, Pre-conference Day add-on, etc.).

• As the Sponsor, you’ll have the unique opportunity to choose the topic and speaker (subject to FelineVMA approval). Content may not be commercial in nature; presenters should not be company employees.
• This sponsorship offers extended reach beyond the Conference, as webinars are presented live and then recorded and shared for on-demand viewing—giving your brand lasting visibility. FelineVMA members receive free registration for both live and on-demand access. Sponsor will receive a flyer with a coupon code for free access to distribute as they choose.

Feline Thyroid Disease Practice Guidelines will be developed in 2026, with publication in 2027. This will be an update to the Hyperthyroidism Guidelines. If you are interested, please reach out for more detailed information about the levels and what is included.

This quarterly magazine is our #1 rated membership benefit, in which print issues are mailed to members located in North America, and digital issues to all members.
