2024 AAFP Annual Conference

The Conference allows for a few other options should you wish to expand your brand and reach. If you are already a registered exhibitor, these items can be added to your exhibitor portal. Contact exhibitor@catvets.com for more information.

*Please note all new exhibitors or advertisers must get pre-approval from the AAFP Conference Task Force. Please contact exhibitor@catvets.com to receive the vetting form. Feature and highlight your product outside the exhibit hall in our Product Showcase. Panels are limited and each company must submit their artwork by August 9, 2024.

Cost: $850 per panel (limit one product per panel)


Bag Insert

To help drive traffic to your booth and increase awareness of your brand, place a promotional flyer, brochure, drawing/raffle card, or coupon in each attendee’s tote bag. It’s a guarantee that each attendee will walk away with at least one piece of information about your company.

The bag insert is limited to one page but can be two-sided, the maximum size is 8.5” x 11”.  You must provide and ship 1,000 inserts (*the number of inserts subject to change ~ exact number will be provided closer to the meeting date) to the address provided to you no later than August 26, 2024.

Cost: $500.00 per insert


Onsite Program Book Ads

The Program Book will be utilized by attendees to plan their learning as it contains the full educational information such as agenda, session abstracts, and floor plans. Ads are full color and come in half and quarter-page sizes and each company must submit their artwork by August 2, 2024.

Cost: Quarter Page Ad – $495; Half Page Ad – $950 (limited to 5 full pages on a first-come, first-served basis).

Coffee Breaks

  • Learning is hard work and everyone needs a break. Be the hero, while gaining exposure, by offering Conference attendees that much-needed cup of coffee so they get the jump start they need for the rest of the day. Coffee breaks are offered in the exhibit hall.

Morning Yoga*

  • Our morning Yoga classes encourage everyone to jumpstart their morning and get moving before a full day of CE!

Friday Morning Breakfast*

  • The first day of the three-day meeting starts with the continental breakfast on Friday morning. Your company’s name and logo will be prominently featured in the area where the food and beverages are served.
  • Acknowledgments will include logo recognition on table signage, in the Registration Brochure, Onsite Program and Proceedings Books, promotion on the AAFP website, event signage, moderator announcements during sessions, slides between scientific sessions, sponsor ribbons for all staff badges, and more. Your company will be allowed to place literature on the breakfast tables (materials have to be approved) as well as provide napkins or other giveaways with the corporate logo (direct cost to the company).

Technician Scholarship Sponsorship*

  • This year we have many technicians interested in attending the program. Your company has the opportunity to sponsor registration for technician professionals interested in feline medicine. If you are interested, we will work with your company to determine the type(s) and quantities of scholarships offered.
  • Sponsorship includes acknowledgments in the Program Book, email announcements about the scholarship, signage at the Conference, and more.
