Registration Type Descriptions
+ IN-PERSON REGISTRATION
Any veterinary professional can attend the in-person conference, but please note there will not be any in-person Technician/Nurse or Practice Management sessions. If any, those sessions will only be available virtually. You can read more about what is included with your registration in the Registration Brochure (pages 22-23). *PLEASE NOTE: All in-person attendees will also receive access to the virtual platform and all on-demand sessions. Unlike in the past where you had to choose which session to watch onsite since they are both being live-streamed, you can watch the one you missed afterwards on-demand. Live-streamed sessions will be up three business days after they occurred.
+ VIRTUAL REGISTRATION
Registration for the virtual conference will include live streaming of sessions from the in-person conference to the virtual platform. Please note that additional sessions such as the Lunch & Learns and Breakfast Symposia will not be live streamed. Please review the full agenda to see which sessions will be live-streamed. Denoted with a [LS] symbol.
Live-streamed sessions will be recorded and made available on-demand in the virtual platform 3 business days after they occurred. Any attendee wishing to obtain CE credit for the on-demand sessions will need to take and pass a CE Quiz.
There will also be additional sessions available on-demand for attendees to watch at any time totaling 7 CE hours. To see all of the on-demand sessions, please refer to the On-demand Agenda (page 7). You can read more about what is included with your registration in the Registration Brochure (page 22-23).
+ BUNDLE REGISTRATION
The AAFP is offering a BUNDLE option for those individuals who are not an AAFP Member and wants to join as well as register for the conference at the member rate. Membership for the AAFP will begin immediately and go through December 31, 2023. Note: this membership is for 2023, but you will receive digital access for the rest of 2022.
Continuing Education Credits
This conference has been submitted (but not yet approved) for continuing education credits in jurisdictions that recognize AAVSB RACE approval; however, participants should be aware that some boards have limitations on the number of hours accepted in certain categories and/or restrictions on certain methods of delivery of continuing education. Contact AAFP Headquarters for further information at conference@catvets.com. Once obtained, the program approval number will be listed on the conference website at www.catvets.com/education and on the CE form.
- In-person attendees can access up to 32.5 CE Hours live in-person and a total of 69.5 CE Hours with both onsite sessions and on-demand access. In-person attendees can choose from 70 CE sessions (both in-person and on demand) as well as other presentations.
- Virtual attendees can access up to 27.5 live-streamed CE Hours and a total of 59.5 CE Hours with both live-streaming and on-demand access.
Cancellation Policy
Registration fees for virtual attendees are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend the live events, sessions will be recorded and available for viewing on-demand until June 30, 2023.
Cancellation of in-person registration will still allow you to have virtual access to live-streaming and/or on-demand access through June 30, 2023. For in-person attendees, cancellations received by Friday, September 23, 2022, will receive a refund of the difference between the in-person rate and virtual rate. In-person registration cancellations received after Friday, September 23, 2022, will not be eligible for refunds. Please note if you cancel your conference registration, it does not constitute cancellation of your hotel reservation

Yoga Waiver
In order to attend one or all of the in-person Yoga classes, you must submit a waiver to participate. If you registered for a Yoga class or plan to, please view and submit the waiver.
