Exhibitor and Sponsor Information

Join the AAFP in Phoenix for a hybrid conference experience. The exhibit hall will be open for three days from October 1 – 3 to all in-person attendees.

A Virtual Exhibit hall will be available to virtual attendees and are designed to provide information to the expected 1,500 (or more!) virtual attendees by including contact information, company website, resources, and a request information button. Please note that this is different from the 2020 Conference in order to keep the focus on in-person attendees. The virtual booth will not include the interactive options such as the Video Chat option and the Scavenger Hunt.

Why Exhibit?

  • Conference attendees are feline practitioners who are dedicated to increasing their knowledge and practicing high standards of feline medicine.
  • AAFP attendees have asked to see NEW products and NEW exhibiting companies! This is a group of attendees that wants to visit each exhibit booth, plus we also provide them with a raffle passport to encourage interaction with you.
  • You will see attendees at every coffee break, breakfast, lunch and reception because all meals take place in the exhibit hall. In addition, all registered exhibitors receive full hot meals.
  • We anticipate over 1,500 virtual attendees who will also have access to your company's virtual booth

Registration:

An exhibit booth for the 2021 Virtual Conference is $2,200, a double booth is $3,800, and a non-profit booth $800. With limited booths, register today to secure your spot!

New Innovations and Technology Pavilion

This Pavilion will be a dedicated area inside the Exhibit Hall where emerging and innovative products, technology, and start-up companies will be able to be showcased. The cost is $1,900 and booths are limited. See below for more details.

Advertising & Sponsorship Options:

The conference allows for a few other options should you wish to expand your brand and reach. If you are already a registered exhibitor, these items can be added in your exhibitor portal. Contact exhibitor@catvets.com for more information.

Product Showcase – Feature and highlight your product outside of the exhibit hall in our Product Showcase area. You will be able to include a product description, image, video, PDF, website link and other information.

    • Cost: $600 per panel (limit one per new product)

Bag Insert – To help drive traffic to your booth and increase awareness of your brand, place a promotional flyer, brochure, drawing/raffle card, or coupon in each attendee's tote bag. It's a virtual guarantee that each attendee will walk away with at least one piece of information about your company. The bag insert is limited to one page but can be two-sided, it can't be any larger than 8.5" x 11". You must provide and ship 800 (*this could change closer to the meeting based on limitations) inserts to the AAFP office no later than August 13, 2021.

    • Cost: $350.00 per insert

Onsite Program Book Advertising – The Program Book will be utilized by attendees to plan their learning as it contains the full educational information such as agendas, session abstracts, and speaker bios. Ads are full color and come in half and quarter page sizes and each company must submit their artwork by August 6, 2021.

    • Cost: Quarter Page Ad - $450; Half Page Ad - $800 (limited to 5 full pages on a first come, first serve basis).
